This is day two of All Smiles, and I would like to thank everyone who has come on and watched the video of Oreo. I would also like to thank everyone who had put nice comments on the blog, and shared the blog with their friends. I hope to make you smile because you have already made me smile. I really like that we have a hashtag: #AllSmiles.
In the last blog I said how I love animals, well this blog is about another animal. In the last blog I also said how animals and humans can make each other happy. This blog also focuses on that.
I got in touch with the founder of Brown Dog Foundation, Carol Smock. She shared with me a website that had all different stories about the families Brown Dog Foundation helped.
What is Brown Dog Foundation?
Brown Dog Foundation is a foundation that helps raise money to pay for treatments for pets with families who would not be able to pay for the treatment otherwise. It is called Brown Dog Foundation because Carol Smock owned a brown dog who inspired her to create Brown Dog Foundation. We have donated a doggie wheel chair to a vet rehab center in honor of Brown Dog Foundation. We have also entered our family dogs in Brown Dog Foundation’s Top Dog Contest to help raise money.
The story I am about to share with you is about a Pit Bull named Snowball. I chose the story about Snowball because I love Pit Bulls, and so many people underestimate them. I will soon post a story I wrote about a Pit Bull named Phoebe. The story was inspired by a Pit Bull named Phoebe that I met when I was about seven years old.
Before you read the story, I would like to thank Carol Smock for inspiring me and creating Brown Dog Foundation. I hope this blog will help Brown Dog Foundation and inspire many people.
